The company was started in a small shed on the present site in 1953. In its early days it served the local farming community building sheds, manufacturing gates and supplying general engineering services. In 1962 the first "Kotzur" grain silo was produced. Since then, continual development has made the company a leading force in bulk solids storage. We have storage solutions across Australia and overseas, servicing a wide range of commercial, industrial and rural storage needs.

The company's product range is diverse; from climate controlled stainless steel silos, for storing processed foods, to defence contracts such as missile launch tube components for the US Navy. Our main product lines are KOTZUR silos, Drying silos and K-Rail fencing products.

Today the company is managed by second generation family member, Andrew Kotzur. The silos and "K-Rail" are produced in a large, modern factory featuring equipment from large capacity rolls and presses to computerized CNC plasma cutting and punching machines. Much of our equipment has been designed and built in-house. One of the hallmarks of the company is its commitment to quality, product development and innovation.
